Jessica Reed, CPA
Owner
Jessica started out working as an accountant for an eSourcing company in downtown Chicago and advanced within the company to become their controller. From there Jessica moved on to work at a not-for-profit firm also in Chicago. Reed Accounting was formed during this time. Jessica’s original passion for tax accounting came about while volunteering for Center for Economic Progress providing tax services for low income families

Sonja Bruggeman
Office Manager
Sonja graduated from Boston University in 1993 with a B.A. in Political Science and went on to receive her M.A. from Northwestern University in 1996. After graduating, Sonja worked as an administrative assistant for a Chicago financial services firm until moving to Evanston in 2001. While raising her family, Sonja taught at Covenant Nursery School, and Evanston Safety Town. Sonja joined Reed Accounting in early 2019 and has excelled at using her communication and organizational skills to assist Reed Accounting’s clientele.

Lupe Carasco
Accounting Manager
Lupe Carrasco graduated from Robert Morris with Bachelors in Accounting. She has 9 years of customer service experience. Lupe began working for Reed Accounting LLC in the fall of 2014. Lupe has background in accounting and specifically preparing taxes while volunteering with Center for Economic Progress. She has been a great asset to Reed Accounting, not only with customer service, but with assistance in tax preparation and answering our clients’ tax inquiries.

Reva Ramachandran, CPA
Tax Preparer
Reva started her career in the corporate world after getting her Masters in Business Management. She joined public accounting in 2005, primarily working with small and medium business owners and assisting with their accounting and tax needs. She brings to Reed Accounting her experience and passion for solving tax issues unique to every client, researching topics and keeping up with tax law changes.

Donna, CPA
Tax Preparer
Donna has her educational background in finance and accounting. She has been an IRS Enrolled agent since 2014 and a CPA since 2020. Donna has been with Reed Accounting since 2016.

Oksana Kolotii
Tax Preparer
Oksana has over 20 years of experience as a chief accountant in international trading and manufacturing companies. She is well versed in the formation of production costs and the preparation of reports in accordance with international standards. She graduated from university in Ukraine in 1997. In 2022 Oksana moved to the United States and completed a comprehensive tax school to transition to US tax preparation. She began working for Reed Accounting at that time as a tax preparer.

Annie Nissan
Tax Preparer
Annie graduated from DePaul University in 2007 with a degree in Business Management. Annie originally worked with Jessica shortly after graduating when she was hired as a finance coordinator at an eSourcing company in downtown Chicago. After spending most of her professional career working for corporate companies, she needed to find something more flexible. She had previously earned a certification from H&R Block in individual tax accounting and decided to join the Reed Accounting team in 2016 with 9 years of accounting experience.

Lillian has been working for Reed Accounting since 2022 and is qualified by the Illinois Board of Examiners to take the CPA exams. She has 20 years of experience in financial services including investment research, financial analysis and portfolio management. She enjoys helping clients meet deadlines.
