In addition to our tax preparation services, we offer comprehensive tax advisory and support throughout the year. These services can be purchased à la carte or can be purchased as a subscription. Our subscription will provide you with priority support from one of our CPAs.     • Includes review of federal and/or state correspondence and response to respective government entity (related to tax filing). Hourly rates may apply if not selected when tax filing is completed. *Does not include field audit.*

    • Once set up as a registered agent for your business, we can file your corporate or LLC annual report with the Secretary of State. Our fee is in addition to fees charged by the SOS.

    • Assistance comparing entity types and setting up a new entity with the Secretary of State, creating an EIN and registering with Illinois. *Additional assistance may be required from an attorney depending on organization type.* If dissolving a company, we can also assist with required state and federal dissolution filings. Our fee is in addition to fees charged by the SOS.
