We have partnered with ADP to provide comprehensive payroll services to our small business clients. To sign up we would need our payroll agreement completed. We also offer bookkeeping support for our clients who use QuickBooks Online. To sign up we would need our bookkeeping agreement completed.
Payroll Set up fee
$200/Entity
- One time set up fee required for new payroll clients.
Quarterly Payroll
$75/Month
- Includes quarterly payroll filings with relevant federal and state agencies as well as annual W-2 filings.
Monthly Payroll
$100/Month
- Includes quarterly payroll filings with relevant federal and state agencies as well as annual W-2 filings.
Semi-monthly or Bi-weekly Payroll
$115/Month
- Includes quarterly payroll filings with relevant federal and state agencies as well as annual W-2 filings.
Hourly Bookkeeping
$75/Hour
- Hourly fees charged for prior months’ catch-up or specific one time requests.
Monthly Bookkeeping
$100/Month
- Transaction categorization, review and reconciliation for businesses with up to 5 bank accounts, provided on a continual monthly basis.
Monthly Bookkeeping Plus
$200/Month
- Transaction categorization, review and reconciliation for businesses with 6 or more bank accounts, provided on a continual monthly basis.
